Financial Aid Services and Fee Bills at UConn Torrington campus are managed by the Bursar's Office.

Fee bills for the spring semester are emailed to all incoming students in November.

Payment is due the by January 8th.

If a student does not receive an ebill, s/he should contact Christine Dougan at the number above. Payment is expected in full at the beginning of each semester and may be subject to a $50 late fee.
Payment for fee bills can be made by:

  • Check - made payable to The University of Connecticut
  • Cash (exact amount) - dropped off at the Bursar's Office
  • Diner, Mastercard, Discover - through the student's Peoplesoft account. There is a 2.5% convience fee for this service.
  • Installment Payment Plans- Click here for more information. There is a $35.00 fee each semester for this service.

Non-degree students can register in person for the Spring Semester if paying by cash or check at Torrington in the Business Office beginning January 2nd. If paying by credit card you must register and pay online at http://continuingstudies.uconn.edu/Registration/index.html.

Non-degree students can also register and make payment for any regional campus undergraduate class at the Registrar’s Office of any of the five regional campuses. Counseling and additional information is available by contacting a Non-Degree Program Advisor:
